The Avalon is recruiting for Resident Care Associates - you may call this role a Nursing Assistant or a C.N.A. We require a very high level of customer service so candidates who have a passion for seniors are needed. While experience is appreciated, we are willing to train those who have a true heart for working with seniors. Resident Care Associates perform various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.
