About The Position
The RCA/Caregiver assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine assistance with activities of daily living. This position also can be a career stepping stone towards becoming a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA). Freedom Village offers to pay for your CNA classes and state testing through Mtec. Once certified, we will promote you to CNA and increase your salary.
