AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time, Part Time 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Full Time, Part Time 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Part Time Per Diem, as needed coverage PAY & BENEFITS: Rates start at $19 per hour; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours) Our comprehensive standard benefits program starts on the day of hire and includes paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, dental, and vision insurance , disability coverage , complimentary life insurance and a pre-tax retirement savings plan with a company match. Requirements

Certification : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

Responsibilities

Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
