About The Position

The company is seeking motivated and caring individuals to join its team as part-time evening care staff. Additionally, they are looking for PRN (as-needed) staff to fill roles as Med Techs and Care Staff to support residents' needs. Requirements

Prior experience in assisted living, home health aide (HHA), or related healthcare fields
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and care
Flexibility to work evenings and as needed for PRN shifts

Nice To Haves

Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Med Tech preferred; training available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Support residents with medication management and administration as a Med Tech (training provided)
Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
Assist with meal service and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for residents
Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure resident safety and compliance with regulations
