Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistant, Medication Technician license) preferred.
Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare settings is advantageous.
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Knowledge of safety procedures and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a respectful and caring environment.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided, following all regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
