About The Position
Resident Care Assistant Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for our residents. This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a: An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift Additional hours may be available in other departments if desired

Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
- Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
- Engage residents in social interactions and activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
- Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
- Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols
