Primary Responsibilities 💙 Support Daily Living Activities: Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, changing bed linens, and keeping rooms tidy. Ensure residents receive nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs. 🤝 Build Meaningful Connections: Engage residents in social activities and one-on-one interactions. Foster a positive, respectful environment with residents, families, and team members. Encourage participation in group activities to promote a sense of community. 🚶 Promote Safety & Mobility: Help transport residents to appointments and events. Safely assist with lifting, turning, and positioning residents. 📋 Monitor & Communicate Changes: Follow individualized care plans and provide updates as needed. Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors. Record vital signs and care details accurately in electronic health records.   • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 35 lbs.
  • Experience in a direct caregiving role preferred but not required.
  • Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system preferred.
