Part Time Resident Care Assistant (Nights $2 Shift Diff)- Creekside

Part time, 16 hours a week, hours are 10pm-6am in Assisted Living. Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to: Works as part of a team to create an environment that encourages resident involvement and personal growth Delivery of exceptional care in a household environment Assistance with the delivery of an overall dining experience and the collaborative evaluation Assessment and implementation of programming that will mirror normal life activities of residents (to include the upkeep and management of personal living space) Mentally and emotionally engaging their interest and assist them in recapturing the value of community life
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Assistant license preferred and/or experience in a Assisted Living
- High school graduate or equivalent is desired
- Experience with an aging population and caregiving
- Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills
