About The Position

At Quartet Senior Living we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistants to provide exceptional support and care to our Assisted Living family. Positions available are , Part-Time 1st (6:30a-3p), Full-Time and Part Time 2nd (2:30p-11p) and Part-Time 3rd (10:30p-7a), working every other weekend for all shifts. Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits to the best of their abilities while promoting their dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, choice, and rights.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
In our Navigate Memory Support applicants must successfully complete required dementia training.
Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.

Skills & Abilities: Ability to show compassion and empathy toward residents and associates

Nice To Haves

Experience : 1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities
Provide personalized, compassionate care
Be a reliable and cheerful presence on the floor
Assist the residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and medication reminders.
Identify residents’ physical and cognitive changes, making appropriate follow-up decisions, documentation, and communication to appropriate associates.
Assist the residents with leisure time programming, including escorting them to and from activities.
Assist with dining services and general housekeeping duties as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
