Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA preferred.
• A heart for seniors and a passion for hospitality and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and more.
• Assist residents during mealtimes—cut food, encourage eating, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Complete and document shift assignments accurately; report any issues to the nursing supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Lead or support engaging activities that enrich residents' daily lives.
• Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.
