About The Position
The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistants/Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team on a per diem basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of our residents, providing essential hands-on care in a respectful and dignified manner. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be a friendly and familiar face to our residents, assisting them with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and supporting them in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being. Your responsibilities will include escorting residents to meals and recreational activities, helping out in the Wellness area to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents, and following all policies and procedures as directed by the Nurse Shift Supervisor and the Director of Wellness. This position requires a commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining an abiding respect for the elderly, ensuring that each resident feels valued and cared for.
