About The Position
The Resident Care Assistant is responsible for performing various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes routine personal care, recreational programming, housekeeping, and meal service in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position requires carrying out a daily plan of care, assisting residents with meals, monitoring their general medical condition, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves light housekeeping and laundry tasks, ensuring a calm atmosphere, and following established safety and infection control policies.
