Resident Care Aide (Nurse Aide)
About The Position
Kahala Nui, considered Hawaii's premier Senior Living Community, is looking for Resident Care Aides (RCA) to join our team! This position may be considered a "Nurse Aide" at similar facilities. We are hiring for Full-Time - DAY (6:00AM - 2:30PM) & EVENING (2:00PM to 10:30PM) shifts. Evening and Night shifts receive a shift differential pay Provides care for residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Support units, assisting with personal care needs which enable the resident to maintain good personal hygiene, to carry out activities of daily living, to maintain good health and to participate in the activities of the community. This position does NOT require a Hawaii CNA license. Does not provide relocation assistance.
Requirements
- Must have valid CPR AND First Aid Certifications at time of hire
- Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations.
- Proof of annual Flu vaccination in accordance with Kahala Nui’s associate policies.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of Nurse Aide Training Course preferred
