Resident Care Aide (RCA/CNA) - Senior Living Community - Full Time Days
About The Position
We are currently seeking Resident Care Aides to assist our residents with activities of daily living. Responsibilities can include: Maintaining each resident’s personal safety, independence, and dignity Displaying kindness and hospitality to residents, families, and guests Personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting Regularly checking resident’s safety and wellbeing, reporting changes in condition to nurse Escorting residents to meals and activities Assisting with activities as required Responding to resident’s LifeLine or utilizing back-up system Light housekeeping such as bed-making or assistance with resident’s personal laundry For employees working 24 hours per week or more, we offer: · Health and dental insurance · Paid vacation and sick time · 8 holidays · Personal days · 401k plan · Student loan repayment · Tuition reimbursement · Life insurance We invite you to join our compassionate, caring team on our mission to help every senior live their best life! Requirements
- Must have active Massachusetts CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification.
