We are currently hiring a Resident Care Aide for our Rainer Grove location in Webster, NY! We currently have full time, part time, every weekend and every other weekend shifts available. We offer a competitive hourly wage with a high shift differential on off shifts and all weekend shifts. Our neighborhoods have lighter assignments. We have local partnerships with Isabella Graham School for LPN's and Roberts Wesleyan- earn your degree while working and get reimbursed for it!

Requirements

• 18yrs old + High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Providing morning and/or evening care in an Assisted Living environment
• Assisting of one person transfers, walking, climbing, or descending stairs
• Assisting with medication pass or medical equipment as indicated on the care plan
• Light housekeeping including making beds daily, emptying resident garbage, tidying room and washing dishes as necessary or need
