About The Position

The Resident Care Aide/Caregiver at Innovative Arbor Oaks at Greenacres is responsible for providing compassionate care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role involves working closely with the Health and Wellness Coordinator and Executive Director to meet resident care goals, including personal care services and supervision. The position offers both part-time and full-time shifts, emphasizing the importance of pride in caregiving.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak clearly.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Willingness to make decisions when responsible for the facility.
• Completion of required training and certifications, including CPR/First Aid and Alzheimer's and Dementia training.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving or related fields.
• Familiarity with policies and procedures of assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to residents.
• Assist and support residents with daily living activities.
