About The Position
The Student Life Office is seeking motivated and community-focused undergraduate students to serve as Resident Assistants (RAs) for the academic year. A Resident Assistant (RA), at Keuka College, is an undergraduate student whose responsibility is to build community among residents, supporting diversity and inclusion, enforcing and supporting policies, providing after-hour services, and managing an environment that is conducive to sleep and study while creating opportunities that enhance a resident’s academic success and personal growth and development. Resident Assistants are expected to serve in this role for the academic year and this position requires RAs to live in their assigned residence hall or apartment in exchange for a discounted room rate and stipend for the academic year.
