About The Position

Tudor Oaks Senior Living is looking for Resident Assistants to join our team! As a Resident Assistant, you will work with a team dedicated to promoting the highest functioning level in residents' daily living activities (ADLs), participate in developing and executing resident care plans, support residents in social events and activities, and help create a healthy lifestyle for our residents. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, including weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Personable, friendly, and outgoing attitude.
• Willingness to collaborate and foster a team environment.
• CBRF Certifications: Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and Choking, Medication Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents to promote their highest functioning level in daily living activities.
