About The Position
The Sanctuary of West St Paul is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the physical and emotional well-being of senior age assisted living and memory care residents. This position is located in a vibrant community in West Saint Paul, MN, and does not require a CNA unless the applicant is under 18 years old. The role includes working 16 hours every two weeks, primarily on day shifts during every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and includes holiday rotation. The compensation package includes hourly wages ranging from $20.90 to $26, with wage determinations based on related experience and additional pay for evening/overnight shifts worked.
