Requirements
- 1+ year of assisted living experience (preferred)
- Ability to pass medication (certification a plus!)
- CPR & First Aid certification, or willing to obtain
- Experience with Memory Care residents (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Most importantly: a caring heart, positive attitude, and desire to make a difference ❤️
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of assisted living experience (preferred)
- certification to pass medication
- Experience with Memory Care residents (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Support residents during meals, snacks, and activities
- Respond quickly to resident call systems and emergencies
- Document and report changes in resident conditions to wellness staff
- Build meaningful connections with residents and families
- Help keep resident rooms and common areas safe, comfortable, and welcoming
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, or dining room service when needed
