Location: 7480 U.S. Hwy 70, Bartlett, TN 38133 Now Hiring: Full-Time – 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) Part-Time - 1st & 2nd Shift (6:00AM - 2:00PM & 2:00PM - 10:00PM) Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour — based on experience
Requirements
- Has a heart for seniors and a passion for helping others
- Holds a High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Is 18+ years of age
- Has CPR/First Aid certifications (or is willing to obtain them!)
Nice To Haves
- Prior assisted living experience = a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.)
- Help serve meals, snacks, and good vibes
- Keep residents engaged with activities and friendly conversation
- Respond quickly and kindly to call lights and needs
- Document and report resident changes with care and accuracy
- Support with light housekeeping and laundry to keep our community shining
