Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, enabling residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Administering with daily medications.
- Build meaningful relationships, creating a supportive and enriching environment for residents.
- Partner with the care team to monitor residents’ physical and emotional health, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.
- Offer kindness, patience, and understanding, bringing comfort to residents and their families during every interaction.
- Engage in activities that bring laughter, purpose, and a sense of belonging to those in your care.
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences
- Cleaning of resident rooms and common areas and providing laundry services
