Available Positions & Shifts We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Resident Assistants across all shifts: Full-Time Openings 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Part-Time Openings 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM All roles require every other weekend (EOW).Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle! Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable individuals who love helping others
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work every other weekend
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior living or caregiving is a plus (but training is available!)

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities: bathing, dressing, meals, toileting, mobility, and more
• Provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and community activities
• Respond to resident needs with warmth, dignity, and respect
• Work as part of a team dedicated to exceptional care
