About The Position
The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day assistance to residents and ensuring their well-being and safety. Arcadia is looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must by 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
Nice To Haves
- Direct Care Worker Certification or Nurse Aide Certification a plus
- Previous experience working with a senior population
