About The Position

Are you passionate about serving others and making a difference in the lives of older adults? Fairmount Homes, a five-star rated Continuing Care Retirement Community, is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to join our Personal Care / Assisted Living team.

In this rewarding role, you’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing excellent care as residents transition from independent living to assisted living. Requirements

• A heart for serving older adults with compassion and respect.
• Ability to follow care plans and policies while working as part of a team.
• Reliability, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to support residents safely (lifting, transfers, walking assistance).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with residents’ daily living needs (meals, bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.)
• Support residents with meaningful engagement and activities.
• Help create a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
• Partner with nurses and other team members to follow resident care plans.
• Assist in the dining room and with light room tidying.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and accurate documentation.

• Competitive Pay: $20.20–$21.85/hour, plus $1.00/hour evening shift differential and $1.25/hour weekend shift differential
