Resident Assistant - Part-time - 3rd shift
About The Position
Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information Performs any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Must hold valid driver’s license
- A minimum of 21 years of age preferred with driving record in good standing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
