Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
A caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
CNA or STNA certificate (preferred)
1+ year of experience in assisted living or healthcare (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, and mobility
