Subject to the policies and management direction established by the Vice President for Arts Education, the Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for preparing residential halls and ensuring the safety and comfort of summer camp student arrivals throughout the camp experience. Resident Assistants must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, with impeccable attendance and commitment to Arts Education programming. They must be able to communicate and lead clearly and effectively in a friendly, high-energy, collaborative manner that inspires and motivates a community of young artist-citizens, parents, and Teaching Artists.
