The Gilbert Residence has been proudly serving seniors in our community since 1960. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional care to 90 residents in our Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Care units. Our mission is to continue a tradition of excellence by providing compassionate and dignified care for seniors in our community. A Gilbert Residence Resident Assistant provides exceptional resident care under the supervision of a Med-Tech. They will assist with activities of daily living, participate or lead activities with residents, and perform general housekeeping duties in the assisted living or memory care unit. Our care goal is to aid our residents to maintain an optimum level of independence, particularly with activities of daily living and social interactions.
