About The Position

Riley Crossing Senior Living is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age assisted living/memory care residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful community in Chanhassen, MN. No CNA MN NAR required, unless under 18 years old. This part-time caregiver schedule includes; 32 hours per pay period, Evening shift, 4pm - 9pm; shift differential of $1/hr, Every other weekend Sat/Sunday, Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access! Partial Benefits (paid time off, matching retirement). Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational child care and interactive programming with our seniors.
