Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Current QMAP, First Aid, Basic Life Support, and AED certification
Ability to act independently in routine and emergency situations and demonstrate computer competency.

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience providing personal care preferred.

Responsibilities

Treat residents with dignity, respect, and kindness while honoring their unique life experiences and cultural values.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and grooming per care plans.
Administer medications accurately according to physician orders and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor vital signs, report concerns to nursing staff, and respond promptly to resident needs.
Support community life by engaging in activities and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
