Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current QMAP, First Aid, Basic Life Support, and AED certification
  • Ability to act independently in routine and emergency situations and demonstrate computer competency.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience providing personal care preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Treat residents with dignity, respect, and kindness while honoring their unique life experiences and cultural values.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and grooming per care plans.
  • Administer medications accurately according to physician orders and maintain proper documentation.
  • Monitor vital signs, report concerns to nursing staff, and respond promptly to resident needs.
  • Support community life by engaging in activities and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
