As a Resident Assistant, you will: Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, enabling residents to maintain their independence and dignity. Administering with daily medications. Build meaningful relationships, creating a supportive and enriching environment for residents. Partner with the care team to monitor residents’ physical and emotional health, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being. Offer kindness, patience, and understanding, bringing comfort to residents and their families during every interaction. Engage in activities that bring laughter, purpose, and a sense of belonging to those in your care. Requirements

- No Experience Needed: While previous caregiving experience is a bonus, we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration.
- Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
