Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
• Compassionate and dependable nature.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and caring community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents in assisted living/housing environment to help them maintain their physical and emotional well-being.
• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, transferring, meals, and laundry.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, dietary, and activities teams.
• Maintain frequent contact and communication with staff, residents, family members, and visitors.
