About The Position
Brightview Senior Living is looking for compassionate individuals who thrive on helping others and making a difference in their lives. The role involves providing warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor changes in their care needs, and collaborate with nursing staff to update their personal Resident Care Plans. Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key responsibility.
