Monarch Landing is now hiring Resident Assistants (Non-Certified Caregivers) to provide outstanding care and support for our residents in our memory care. We have high standards and seek only the best candidates.

Requirements

• Experience as a Caregiver.
• Passion for working in Memory Care/Assisted Living.
• Dependable and comfortable working with a diverse group of residents and co-workers.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Previous Memory Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding care and support for residents in memory care.
• Work every other weekend.
• Assist with daily living activities for residents.
