About The Position

As a Resident Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Fieldstone in DeWitt. You will administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols. Additionally, you will assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being. Monitoring residents' health and well-being is crucial, and you will promptly report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members. Maintaining accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities is essential to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
