About The Position

Leisure Care is hiring Full and Part time CNAs, Home Care Aides, and Med techs. The positions require a commitment to providing exceptional care to residents in a senior living environment. The Resident Assistant will have full responsibility for direct resident care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care skills, making observations about residents' conditions, and recording changes in their conditions. The work schedule for full-time positions is from 7am to 3:30pm, Sunday to Thursday, while part-time positions are available from 3pm to 11:30pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a caregiving role.
• Current CNA or HCA required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in assisted living as a Med tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists resident with activities of daily living (ADLs) and all personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Makes appropriate observations about the resident's condition in every interaction.
• Records and follows-up with changes in resident's condition in a timely manner.
• Assists residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed.
