About The Position

Menno Haven is seeking Resident Assistants to join our team! The Resident Assistant will provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: ADL's, feeding, personal hygiene, activities and companionship.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone

Responsibilities

• Provide care, support and assistance to residents
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support residents with feeding and personal hygiene
• Engage residents in activities and provide companionship
