About The Position

Resident Aide with Promotion Opportunity Are you a resident aide, caregiver, or just looking to get into the healthcare world? Eiler Senior Living believe's in growing our own talent first! Once you gain your CNA certification, pay increases to $19.50! What Will You Do in This Role Before Becoming a CNA? While starting as a Resident Aide, you will be r esponsible for providing non-nursing/non-direct care and ancillary services in accordance with quality standards under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. What Will You Do as a CNA? As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting resident with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
