About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate worker for part time day and evening shifts at Butterfly Homes Assisted Living in the Billings Heights area. Job Duties : To care for residents in an Assisted Living environment while helping to maintain the resident’s quality of life with dignity and respect.

Requirements

• Good people/communication skills
• Strong compassionate and caring attitude
• Willing to work as an active team member
• Ability to maintain and display a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask
• High school education or equivalent preferred but not required
• Previous direct care experience desired, but will train the right candidate
• Walking and standing for greater than 70% of shift
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, and stoop
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Maintain resident documentation as needed
• Obtain residents vitals as directed
• Distribute resident medications for their self-administration
• Clean resident rooms and common areas as scheduled
• Provide laundry services to residents
• Other duties as assigned by Supervision
