Consistent schedule Team setting allowing for time to build resident relationships CNA welcomed but not required No mandatory overtime Work with fewer residents than other facilities Starting wage is $15.00/hr, up to $2 shift differential available $5/hr incentive pay available for voluntary overtime hours As a Resident Aide, you will learn hands on skills to help residents with everything from personal care to skill building. This role will offer you the opportunity to become part of individuals' lives and make personal connections. HS diploma or GED required. Schedule: Full and part-time shifts available. Full-time: 2nd (2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd (10pm-6:30am) shift available. Position will work Tuesday-Saturday with every Sunday and Monday off. Part-time: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available. Will be required to work every other weekend and some holidays.
