As a Resident Aide you will: Support residents of Longview to thrive in an environment to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being; Take the next steps in your healthcare career through compassionate approach and working closely with residents, family, and the health care team; Assist with daily personal care as well as encouraging resident participation in social and recreational activities; Assist and monitor residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, incontinent care, laundry, and daily living activities as indicated in their service plan which includes physical and emotional wellbeing; Document resident care notes; Assist residents to and from the dining room; Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and quality of care; Respond promptly to call bell system and complete safety rounds.
