About The Position
The Resident Aide at BrookHaven Retirement Community plays a crucial role in providing basic care to residents, addressing their physical, social, and environmental needs. The aide must honor resident preferences and ensure that all care is delivered with respect and dignity. Additionally, the Resident Aide will be involved in various activities, including preparing residents for appointments, serving meals, and leading social programs. Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, as well as handling laundry duties, are also part of the responsibilities.
