Requirements

• No experience necessary; comprehensive training program provided.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to work various schedules and shifts as needed, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as resident assistants (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nurse assistants (C.N.A.)

Responsibilities

• Providing daily living assistance to residents with a friendly smile.
• Medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and assisting residents with restroom needs.
• Providing verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
• Basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
