Your Role As a Resident Advocate, you’ll be at the heart of our shelter community—providing direct support, ensuring safety, and creating a welcoming environment for our residents. You’ll monitor wellness, de-escalate crises, distribute meals and harm reduction supplies, and contribute to the upkeep and integrity of the Village. You’ll play a vital part in creating a space where dignity, healing, and hope thrive.
