About The Position

Presbyterian Hospitality House, Alaska’s leading adolescent residential treatment program, is looking for a Resident Advisor to join our team at our Wasilla, Alaska location. We are seeking the following applicants: A mature, emotionally healthy individual with good judgement, humor, and the ability to counsel young adults. Has the ability to teach vocational and maintenance skills necessary to transition successfully into independent living, economic, and social success. Inspired self-starters with relevant life experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Successful applicant must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or 2 years' experience with kids.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Applicant must be at least 21 years old to meet minimum age requirement.
