We care about our team member well-being and offer benefits that complement and support your work/life balance Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Residency Program RN, you will function as a direct clinical care registered nurse, developing essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors as you transition into practice. You are expected to achieve appropriate competency across all core and functional areas. Every day you will integrate our mission, vision, and values, prioritizing patient-centered care, taking ownership, and collaborating effectively with your team. You will actively engage in clinical performance improvement and ensure patient safety. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 9 - months

Responsibilities

  • Performs complete patient assessment.
  • Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
  • Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
  • Performs ongoing assessment according to unit policy.
  • Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
