About The Position
The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC)! BAYADA Home Health Care was founded on the principle that health care gets better when clients get better care at home—the place they most want to be. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
- Scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States

- Provide one on one nursing care
- Deliver care to people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
