About The Position
The position assists the program director in the management and direction of fellow and/or resident training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory agency standards and maintaining essential documentation. The role involves coordinating educational activities for incoming and current residents and/or fellows and acting as a liaison between residents, fellows, departments, attending physicians, administration, and outside institutions.
