About The Position

Evergreen is an innovative, service-driven senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional independent living, assisted living, and memory care experiences. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, vibrant, and safe environment where residents truly feel at home. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Residency Coordinator to support residents and families throughout the move-in process and beyond. This position will start in February of 2026 and support the expansion of Evergreen to the Fox Crossing location in Neenah that is under remodel/construction. The Residency Coordinator serves as a key liaison between prospective residents, current residents, families, and internal departments. This role manages the residency process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensures accurate documentation and compliance, maintains resident records, and supports ongoing community engagement. The perfect candidate thrives in a people-centered environment and excels at multitasking with warmth and professionalism. This role requires strong communication, sales and organizational skills with senior living or related experience being highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services, Business Administration or Communications related field; professional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with perspective clients
  • High attention to detail with strong follow up and follow through
  • Ability to travel locally to fulfill job responsibilities (position will be based out of Fox Crossings location in Neenah, WI once it is open)
  • Comfort working with seniors and their families during sensitive transitions
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to flex work hours to accommodate prospective clients and families as needed in evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in senior living, property management, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Management: Respond to inquiries, track all interactions in a CRM system, and nurture relationships with potential residents and their families
  • Sales and Tours: Conduct tours of the community, present information on living options and work to close sales to secure new residents
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with prospects, families and referral sources such as hospitals and other senior service organizations
  • Community and Marketing Support: Ensure the community is clean, tour ready and assist with marketing events, outreach and community engagement
  • Administrative and Logistical Support: Help with scheduling, processing paperwork, coordinating move-in logistics, and providing orientation for new residents
  • Team Collaborative: Work with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive community atmosphere
